Vistage Worldwide, Inc.

Vistage Chair

Judith Goldkrand is a Vistage Chair, strategic advisor, and nationally recognized leader in finance whose career has been dedicated to elevating leaders, strengthening governance, and expanding economic opportunity. Based in New York City, she brings decades of executive experience guiding CEOs, founders, and nonprofit leaders through the complex challenges of growth, culture, and capital strategy.

Judith’s professional journey spans senior leadership roles in financial services, where she built and led high-performing teams, championed inclusive leadership pipelines, and advised organizations navigating pivotal transitions. She now channels that expertise into her work with Vistage, curating an exclusive, high-trust peer advisory group for CEOs who seek deeper clarity, stronger decision-making, and a community grounded in integrity and accountability.

Her commitment to women’s entrepreneurship is reflected in decades of hands-on work with founders, CEOs, and ecosystem leaders. As the creator and Chair of the Women Business Collaborative’s Women’s Capital Summit, Judith established a national platform focused on dismantling structural barriers to capital and elevating women-led companies. The Summit convenes investors, policymakers, and business leaders to drive systemic change, reflecting her belief that entrepreneurship thrives when women have equitable access to capital, networks, mentorship, and strategic insight.

Judith has served on more than a dozen boards across economic empowerment, civil rights, philanthropy, and women’s leadership. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Women Business Collaborative and on the advisory board of the Frank & Eileen Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership at Babson College.

Her work is grounded in a simple belief: when leaders grow, organizations and communities thrive. Through her advisory practice, board service, and lifelong commitment to economic empowerment, Judith continues to champion a more equitable, transparent, and human-centered approach to leadership.
