Jillian Schneeberger is a Supplier Diversity Lead at Target focused on identifying, developing, and championing diverse-owned businesses for Target’s supply chain. She also currently serves as a business engagement co-lead for Target’s Pride+ Business Council and as champion for the Supplier Diversity Mentor Program. Jillian’s super power is her strategic approach to relationship management in order to to drive lasting results and impact.

Prior to Target, Jillian was at the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) helping corporate partners develop and accelerate their supplier diversity initiatives. Jillian led key programs, like Women Owned in Retail, and was instrumental in support of industry groups.

Outside of her work life, Jillian resides in the DC Metro area with her husband, her 2 human children, & 5 animal children and is passionate about animal rescue.
