Jessica Casavecchia, Sr Merchant in Home Organization, is responsible for the strategic vision, execution and financial aspect for the organization business across all US Lowe’s Stores. She leads a team that is responsible for the overall strategy for all organizational categories (closet organization and accessories, plastic storage, moving program, shelving, kitchen organization, and folding furniture), product line reviews and development, vendor negotiations, inventory management and omni channel growth.

With 14 years of experience in the home improvement retail sector, Jessica has had the opportunity to be a merchant in several categories as well as launch a nationally recognized brand, Craftsman, at Lowe’s.
