As a Director in Merchandising Operations, Jennifer manages Operational Services for both external vendor partners and internal Lowe’s partners. The Merchandising Operations team has responsibility for Lowe’s Vendor Gateway, Vendor Ticketing, Vendor Support, Vendor Partner Plus, Compliance, Merchandising Support and Item Issues. Jennifer has been with Lowe’s Home Improvement for 18 years with roles in Supply Chain, Enterprise Initiatives, and Merchandising. She previously worked for May Department Stores in various locations/capacities.
