Jennifer Curley

Senior Director, Citizenship Solutions

Jennifer serves as Senior Director, Procurement Citizenship Solutions, at Johnson and Johnson, bringing more than 20 years of experience in engineering and procurement roles at global healthcare companies. She currently leads Johnson and Johnson’s Procurement Citizenship solutions team focused on supplier diversity and inclusion, supplier sustainability, and supplier risk solutions. In this role, Jen is responsible for developing and executing business strategies and solutions for the Johnson and Johnson enterprise that minimize risk and enhance Johnson and Johnson’s reputation through our vast network of suppliers.

Previously, Jen served as the Global Category Leader, HR Services Procurement. In this role, she and her team built strong business partner relationships, refreshed the global contingent labor category strategy, implemented a learning & development aggregator, and significantly increased the Tier 1 supplier diversity spend in the HR Services category.

Jen has been with Johnson and Johnson for 9 years in various Procurement roles, including R&D Procurement, Janssen North America Commercial Procurement, and Business Services. Prior to joining Johnson and Johnson, Jen held various positions of increasing responsibility at Merck & Co., Inc. in procurement and project engineering roles.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University and a Master of Biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania.
