Janice is Chief Executive Officer and Chair of PALCO, a global Reverse Logistics company, with locations in Huntsville, Alabama, El Paso, Texas, The Netherlands, Asia Pacific, and Mexico. PALCO provides world class solutions in Supply Chain Management and Data Center Services by redefining Reverse Logistics with innovative solutions and cutting-edge capabilities for Fortune 100 and 500 corporations and the Department of Defense and all government entities. PALCO is a Tier 1 diversity owned company as well as a nationally certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) by the Small Business Administration. Active in many national, state, and community organizations, she was honored as a Women’s Business Enterprise National Council 2011 WBE Star, Women’s Business Enterprise Council South (WBECS) 2013 Advocate of the Year, WBECS 2014 Champion of the Year, WBECS 2019 Outstanding Service Award, Women’s Enterprise USA magazine 2017 TOP CEO, Girl Scouts USA 2018 Woman of Distinction, Girl Scouts USA 2018 Cookie of the Year, and Minority Business Entrepreneur magazine’s 2018 WBEs Who Rock. A Forum Team Leader for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) Forum since 2013, Janice now serves as Chair for the Government Team. Janice also serves as a board member for Women’s Business Enterprise Council South. Most recently, PALCO received the 2019 Professional Services Small Business Award, Chamber of Huntsville Madison County.

As a Board Member for the Chamber of Huntsville Madison County Chamber of Commerce and the Women’s Business Council, an organization which mentors, supports, and provides opportunities to women owned businesses and entrepreneurs, she chaired a committee which established the first Woman Small Business Award first presented at the 2016 Chamber Small Business Awards celebration. She also established a committee which created three proclamations for a designated Women’s Business Day in the cities of Huntsville, Madison, and the State of Alabama. These proclamations are updated annually and proclaimed and celebrated in March with the city mayors and dignitaries during Women’s History Month. Currently, she heads a committee to provide business opportunities between women business owners throughout Alabama.

Additionally, Janice is also a member, with various leadership roles, in the Women’s Economic Development Council, Committee of 100 and Creative Cities board member, and Women’s Economic Development Council Foundation,
As a staunch advocate for women and diversity businesses and growth, she has spoken at various national, regional, and local events and knows it is an honor to be asked and to participate.
