Isabella Pina, founder and CEO of Inspired Solutions, leads a team of experts in procurement, warehouse/logistics, and professional services across the Information Technology, Telecommunications, and construction sectors.

Isabella’s journey began on the small, impoverished island of Dominica, where she developed grit, perseverance, and an unwavering dedication to achieving her dreams. After immigrating to the U.S., she joined the U.S. Army, where she served for 21+ years. Her military career included roles in logistics, leading a surgery department in combat, and she culminated her military career as the Officer-in-Charge of the DoD’s most advanced Robotic Surgery Department (at the time).

In 2015, Isabella founded Inspired Solutions, which has been recognized as a “Great Place to Work” (by GPTW) and recognized by JPMorgan Chase and the Women’s President Organization (WPO) as one of the “50 Fastest Growing Woman-Owned/Led Businesses.” Her leadership is defined by three core philosophies: invest in people, solve critical challenges, and give back to communities in need. She achieves these goals by empowering others, serving on several nonprofit boards, including the World Pediatric, GFPD, and RIPMinistries leading missions work abroad with an emphasis on the Caribbean.

Isabella’s 25+ years of expertise in Warehouse Management/logistics and supply chain management make her the perfect leader for Inspired Solutions. Her experience ensures that companies can serve their customers more efficiently through optimized distribution channels. Under her leadership, Inspired Solutions has become a beacon of excellence, assisting other companies in achieving their business goals while staying true to her commitment to community service and empowerment.

Isabella’s heart for missions work is evident through her role as Vice President of Rick & Isabella Pina Ministries. In addition to operating a school in the Dominican Republic for children of Haitian immigrants. Isabella’s nonprofit efforts have taken her to Dominica, Haiti, Mexico, and Africa. Isabella’s dedication to helping others and her professional achievements exemplify her holistic approach to leadership and service.

Isabella holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor and a Master of Science in Healthcare Management (MHA) from Trident University.
