President and Co-Founder

Hetal Parikh is the President and Co-Founder of Rangam, a minority- ,woman-, and disability-owned workforce solutions company delivering scalable talent programs across North America, Europe, and Asia. With over 30 years of industry experience, Hetal has guided Rangam’s evolution from a traditional IT staffing firm into a Total Talent Management partner, supporting clients in clinical/life sciences, pharmaceutical, technology, financial services, energy, retail, and business services. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that empathy drives innovation, and that meaningful employment is a catalyst for stability, community, and progress.

Hetal has led the development of inclusive, technology-enabled hiring solutions that reduce systemic barriers to employment. She co-led the creation of TalentArbor, an AI-driven sourcing and screening platform that prioritizes skills over pedigree, and SourceAbled, a globally recognized disability hiring program offering end-to-end support for employers and job seekers. She also oversees SourceVets, which connects military veterans and their families to career pathways in civilian industries, and RangamWorks, which helps individuals on public assistance access real jobs through state-aligned workforce systems. Each of these solutions
reflects Hetal’s commitment to practical, performance-focused impact.

Hetal’s approach to leadership is both strategic and deeply personal. Her journey – from immigrating to the United States to founding Rangam – has shaped her belief in opportunity and access as the foundation for economic mobility. Early in her career, she helped launch a program supporting autistic children, an experience that sparked Rangam’s long-term focus on disability hiring and neurodiversity. She continues to prioritize inclusive design in every aspect of the company’s culture and client engagements.

A graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management (OPM) Program, Hetal brings a global lens to workforce strategy and generational change. Her insights have informed employer programs focused on hiring Gen Z talent, strengthening mental health awareness, and creating high-performing, universally designed teams. She frequently advises corporations on integrating inclusion into workforce modernization, ESG, and supplier diversity initiatives.

Her board and advisory roles include the Women Presidents Organization (WPO), TechServe Alliance, the CEO Commission for Disability Employment, and Disability:IN’s Global Council and Certification Committee. She has also served on boards for Fulton Bank, DA4S, SAPC, and the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey. Through these roles, Hetal collaborates with cross-sector leaders to shape policy and business practices that reflect the realities of today’s workforce.

Hetal has received national and global recognition for her leadership, including being named a Forbes 50 Over 50 honoree, an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, a member of SIA’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing, and a WBENC WBE Star. Her professional affiliations include CEO Action, the Neurodiversity @ Work Employer Roundtable, and mentoring programs supporting women in STEM and early-stage entrepreneurs.

Outside of work, Hetal brings the same sense of purpose to her personal life. She’s a lifelong learner who enjoys dance, yoga, and adventure sports such as scuba diving and skydiving. She sees her family as the anchor of her values and the heart of her leadership.
Her voice is shaped by real experience, her impact grounded in practical outcomes. Through Rangam, Hetal continues to help employers and job seekers build what’s next… together.
