Helena Hutton developed the strategy to sustain and develop key partnerships with diverse owned businesses – solidifying Cummins seat with the Billion Dollar Roundtable (BDR). In addition, she provides legal services through MGD law in support of diverse owned companies ensuring they have access to experienced counsel.

After joining Cummins as a senior attorney, she specialized in commercial transactions, international business matters, and M & A. While practicing law for 16 years as in-house counsel for Grant Thornton, a global accounting firm, she worked with medium sized businesses.

Helena is committed to social causes and serves on the board of Conner Prairie, a Smithsonian affiliated museum. Additionally, she is the co-author of the “Search for Jabulani,” a children’s book by the Grannies on Safari adventurers. In her spare time, she and her children are inventors of sustainable beauty products.

From Marquette University, she has Bachelors Degrees in French and Anthropology. From the University of Oregon, she has a Juris Doctor degree.
Helena and her family reside in Indianapolis, IN. With a love of the outdoors, she is active in both the Indianapolis community and Newport, OR.
