I joined BASF in 2001 as an I&E superintendent responsible for all the electrical and instrumentation work at the Beaumont TX facility. Today, I am a Procurement Manager responsible for Waste, Industrial and Facility services for our NA sites. Prior to that, I was the senior electrical engineer for a small refinery in Blue Island Illinois. During my tenure at the refinery, I was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the electrical distribution system. I am a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, where I majored in electrical engineering. I currently live in Houston Texas, with my wife and son. My daughter is a freshman at Loyola University in Chicago. When I’m not keeping busy with work, you can find me hanging out with my son playing baseball or football or at the golf course with my wife.
