Heather Schino is a Director of Buying in Women’s Shoes at Macy’s, Inc.  Heather has held various merchant roles across the company learning the nuances of diverse businesses and challenging the status quo of each area.  She is a driver of merchandise strategy through category planning, differentiated product assortments, preseason and in season management of open to buy. Focused on building and fostering key vendor relationships to drive mutual profitability and long-term partnerships.  Heather has a passion for people and helping others.

Heather holds a bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University.    She and her husband Vince currently reside in Bordentown, New Jersey.  Favorite family activities include spending time at the Jersey Shore, cooking for family, and taking long walks around town with her cavalier, Tucker.
