Doreen Gonzalez-Gaboyan is a visionary business executive committed to empowering individuals and companies through comprehensive education, training, and supply chains resiliency. As the President and CEO of Industry Workforce Solutions (IWS), she has made significant strides in strengthening the U.S. supply chain by championing women and minority-owned businesses. One of her notable achievements includes the launch of CyberReady®, the first national cybersecurity initiative tailored for women and minority business enterprises, and the CyberReady Alliance, which helps companies leverage resources, compete for contracts, and access to collaboration with academia, industry, and government.

Previously, Doreen served as the Director of Women and Minority Engagement at Purdue University, where she advanced workforce development, cybersecurity apprenticeships and strategic planning initiatives, particularly for the Navy. During her tenure at Purdue Northwest, she was instrumental in establishing the Steel Consortium and fostering critical industry collaborations to improve industry by leveraging advanced technology and access to students and faculty in the critical areas facing the nation.

Doreen is also an advocate for community benefits and has authored influential works on improving supply chain readiness in the cybersecurity and energy sectors. Her commitment extends to writing plans that promote community benefits by ensuring education and economic advancements positively impact local disadvantaged communities.

She holds a B.A. in Business with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Business Development from Purdue University Calumet. She is a certified Woman Owned Business (WBENC), Minority-Ow
