Expert Consultant, Supply Chain Responsibility

David Pell has devoted his career to promoting the value of supplier diversity as a small business owner, consultant and fulltime employee. In April of 2013, Pell assumed a fulltime position with PG&E as an expert, supply chain responsibility consultant. In that role, he has responsibility for implementing key supplier diversity initiatives to increase PG&E supplier diversity program performance. Prior to joining PG&E, Pell spent eleven years as a consultant to AT&T enterprise sales where he was responsible for leveraging supplier diversity to increase revenue with AT&T’s largest customers in the Federal, state and local government , and fortune 100 market segments. Pell was also instrumental in creating the first highly successful diverse value-added reseller in the telecommunications industry while working for Nortel Networks.

Pell hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wittenberg University, is a graduate of the Anderson School of Management at UCLA Management Development for Entrepreneurs program, and recently was awarded the Energy and Emerging Technologies Certificate by the Stanford University Center for Professional Development.
