Sr. Director Supplier Diversity

Darlene Fuller is the Senior Director of Supplier Diversity for Sodexo in North America, a leading provider of comprehensive service solutions with providing 100 services to eight customer segments including: Corporate, Healthcare, Senior Services, Schools, Universities, Government, Sodexo Live! and Energy & Resources. Sodexo is a subsidiary of Sodexo Alliance headquartered in France. She is responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of Sodexo’s integrated supplier diversity initiatives in the US and Canada. Her role includes championing Sodexo’s efforts to expand our diversity efforts globally as committed through our Better Tomorrow Plan to grow small and diverse-owned business spend within our 56 countries by 2025.
Under her leadership, Sodexo has won numerous awards for their diversity efforts.

Ms. Fuller began her career in Health Care Food Service Operations for Saga. She has held sales and marketing roles for Marriott Distribution Services as well as national and regional purchasing positions for both Marriott and Sodexo prior to establishing Sodexo’s supplier diversity department. Ms. Fuller supports many diverse organizations holding board and committee roles. She is a graduate of Penn State University. She has two married daughters and lives in Columbia, MD with her husband.
