Darci Sinclair leads the communications and brand team for Shell USA where she helps build brand, culture, and reputation for Shell as it works to deliver more and cleaner energy and help communities, partners, customers, and others benefit from the always changing energy system.

Her background is in communications and stakeholder engagement. She most recently worked in Shell Strategy based in The Hague where she managed major projects for the Shell Scenarios team. This included scenarios that influenced a refreshed, purpose-led Shell Strategy – Powering Progress. She joined Shell in 2005 and has led the global external relations team for Shell Trading & Supply based in London. She also was a spokesperson on the media team and worked with communities in the US Rockies where Shell had operations. She has more than 20 years of experience having also worked for government and a PR consultancy across a range of sectors.

Darci grew up in the Texas Hill Country and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin…Hook ‘Em! She currently lives in Houston and enjoys the river – paddle boarding whenever possible, traveling, running and lots of outside time with her Australian Shepherd dogs Hazel and Hoover.
