Colleen Rodenbeck has been with Lowe’s Merchandising Operations for over four years and has another eight years of Store Management experience at other retailers. She is currently the Return to Vendor(RTV) Manager in Vendor Management. She has always had a passion for retail because her mother owns and operates a small business (bakery). She is extremely passionate about Women in Leadership and helping other develop their professional careers.
