Ashley Frederick

Unity Printing Company, Inc.

Ashley is the third-generation business owner of Unity Printing, a full-service commercial printing company located in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, established in 1979. She has had the privilege of attending Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) events since the young age of 16. Ashley attended Stetson University; while majoring in Family Enterprise with a double minor in English and Management, Ashley was selected to work with esteemed professors around the globe on the Family Business Research Project where she won several awards for her efforts.

After graduating from Stetson University, Ashley incorporated full-time into her family business. She was the integral part in rapidly adding several new manufacturing services to Unity Printing in 2016 through five acquisitions in five months – an impossible endeavor if not having utilized the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Ashley’s current role focuses on nurturing relationships through WBENC, nationally promoting Unity Printing’s women-owned business certification. She also has a passion for supporting and mentoring other woman-owned businesses. In 2019, Ashley was the inaugural recipient of the New Leaders Award, presented by the Women’s Business Enterprise Council East. Ashley currently resides in Latrobe. She enjoys serving on several non-profit boards across Pennsylvania and is an avid outdoorswoman.
