Director Supplier Diversity

Aron Khoury is the Director of Supplier Diversity at Medtronic and is responsible for developing and leading enterprise-wide strategy for the supplier diversity and small business subcontracting programs, globally. In his role, Aron engages internal business stakeholders to ensure corporate initiatives and technology innovation is enabled through diverse-owned businesses. Aron takes a hands-on approach to advance the program while convening teams at the manager and executive levels. Currently, his primary goal is driving Medtronic to the Billion Dollar Roundtable, aiming to achieve $1 billion in spend with certified diverse-owned firms by 2025.

With 15 years of experience in the supplier diversity space Aron first served as a supplier diversity project manager within the higher education sector, prior to joining Medtronic in the healthcare sector in 2012. Aron holds a master’s degree in urban planning and local economic development from the University of Minnesota’s Hubert H Humphrey School of Public Affairs. He currently resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota with his wife and two young children.
