Founded in 1977, Aristeo Construction is one of the nation’s top 10 general contractors in the manufacturing and renewable energy markets, and is the country’s largest WBENC-certified general contractor. As Chief Strategy Officer at Aristeo, Anne leads the Strategy, Business Development and Marketing teams.

In addition to her role, Anne mentors female business owners, largely in the construction industry. She is on the Board of Great Lakes Women’s Business Council, and conducts keynotes on topics from strategic planning to business succession. She is also part of the United Way for Southeastern Michigan’s Campaign Cabinet. She was honored with the designation of Crain’s Detroit Business 2019 “40 Under 40.”

Prior to joining Aristeo, Anne spent 16 years in leadership roles at management consulting firms, most recently at McKinsey & Company as the COO of the North American Consumer practice, and as a digital executive at two major retailers.
Anne completed her MBA and BA degrees from Stanford University, where she was a member of its national championship swim team. She is a Detroit-area native and resides there with her husband and two young children.
