Andrew Gaeckle is a recognized leader in accelerating the growth of women-owned and small businesses, a mission he has championed throughout his tenure at WBENC. He has directly supported thousands of business owners and their teams by developing and leading innovative programs focused on driving business growth and economic impact. 

A member of the WBENC leadership team, Andrew launched and leads WBENC LIFT, a groundbreaking initiative equipping women entrepreneurs and small businesses with the financial readiness, scalability resources, and access to capital they need to thrive. 

Since joining WBENC in 2013, Andrew has launched and managed a portfolio of best-in-class programs, including WeTHRIVE, the Latina Growth Accelerator, WeSCALE Equity, the Collegiate Accelerator, the Energy Executive Program, Women in Tech, WBENC eLearning, NextGen, and Top Corporations. 

Prior to WBENC, Andrew honed his expertise in management consulting, leading financial and project management for federal government clients and assisting universities and medical research institutions in optimizing resource utilization and enhancing organizational effectiveness. 

A sought-after speaker and advisor on entrepreneurship, supplier diversity, and access to capital, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of South Carolina, where he served as Student Body President and received the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Award. 

Andrew is an avid cyclist, golfer, and snowboarder. He and wife Anna have two small kids and live in Colorado.
