Akissi Stokes grew up helping on her grandfather’s farm. She went on to attend Emory University where she earned a B.A. in Economics and then worked 15 years in finance followed by 10 years in Information Technology. Given these experiences, along with her love for food, family and feeding people, Akissi decided to return to farming, and WUNDERgrubs was born.
