Director of Strategic Accounts

Aireka Saint-Louis is the Director of Strategic Accounts for Johnson & Johnson MedTech Companies. Aireka has 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including 16 years of extensive experience, with increasing roles of responsibility, in account management, contracting, and negotiations.

Aireka joined Johnson & Johnson in 1997, with Ethicon-Endo Surgery, as one of the first participants in the J&J Finance Management Development Program (FMDP) designed for MBAs. Upon successful completion of the program, Aireka was promoted within J&J Finance, and held roles in Sales/Marketing Finance, Operations Finance, and was promoted to the Director of Development Finance, which included R&D and Business Development functions.

In Aireka’s current role, she serves as the account team lead for J&J MedTech Companies, responsible for: account strategy development, direction, and managing the C-Suite relationship for large regional/national Healthcare IDNs, and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).

During her tenure at J&J, Aireka has been nominated for talent, and leadership programs, in addition to receiving multiple leadership awards.

Aireka holds a BS of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance & Accounting from Kansas State University, and earned her MBA, with an emphasis in Finance & Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Michigan.
