Aileen started her banking career in Southern California and in 2000 moved back to her hometown, Colorado Springs.  She is Executive Vice President−Director of Business Solutions Group and Business Development; specializing in financing for Aerospace and Defense Contracting Companies; as well as any type of Real Estate deals, owner occupied and investment.

She offers banking solutions for small-to-medium size companies to assist with capital growth, expansion, business acquisition and equipment financing.  She also works directly on real estate acquisition, development, construction, and permanent financing for both commercial and residential projects.

Aileen graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Regis University with Academic honors of Magna cum laude.  She also graduated from The Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver with her Executive Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management.

Aileen serves on the Board of Directors for Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC & Colorado PTAC.  She was past Board Chair of Discover Goodwill of Western & Southern Colorado.  She is a co-founder of the Southern Colorado Government Contracting Forum and was recognized in 2011 as a Women of Influence by the Colorado Springs Business Journal.
