To fuel success for women-owned businesses, WBENC offers multiple programs and opportunities designed to support business development and growth, from pitch competitions to executive education programs.
The WBENC Executive Education Program, sponsored by Wells Fargo, is a highly interactive, virtual program in partnership with EOS Worldwide (the Entrepreneurial Operating System®). EOS is a set of simple, practical, real-world tools that help entrepreneurs and leadership teams improve the operational value of their businesses.
In each session, participants will review components of the EOS Model®, present and discuss the various tools worked on that week in peer groups. Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences with one another, ask questions of the EOS Implementers to assist them in self-implementing EOS with their individual leadership teams.

The WBENC Executive Program, sponsored by Wells Fargo, is providing me with the added business tools to grow my company to the next level. The practical business skills that I can immediately apply to my day-to-day growth strategies, the skills to pitch and land expanded retail distribution of my patented product line, plus the network of support through local advisors and peers will all help me to develop a growth plan for 2020 and beyond! Being able to share my growth plan and receive critical feedback from other like-minded business advisors and peers is something that only an educational forum like this one could provide. I know that this program will open many doors as well as provide an amazing growth and learning opportunity on so many levels.
The WBENC Executive Educational Program has provided MDTS with a blueprint for success by guiding, educating and strengthening the skills of our leadership team. The material is valuable, the resource guides are interactive and peer discussions are constructive. This program has reinforced the importance of operating with a clearly defined vision and maintaining strong, supportive professional networks. The education and motivation gained from this program are exactly what we need in order to break through the current ceiling and take our business to the next level!
