Our Story

Over the past 30 years, Accel Inc. has grown from a small startup into one of Ohio’s leading woman-owned contract packaging companies, creating over 500 jobs in Central Ohio. Proudly serving the food, beauty, healthcare, and retail gifting sectors, Accel delivers high-volume, high-quality work for some of the nation’s most recognizable brands.

By investing in automation and domestic manufacturing capabilities, Accel has helped major brands reshore packaging work and significantly reduce freight costs and lead times. The impact goes far beyond logistics, building a culture where opportunity thrives—where first-generation immigrants become managers, and hourly workers grow into leaders. In 2024 alone, Accel contributed over $95,000 in philanthropic support to local nonprofits, food banks, and inclusive community programs. As Accel expands into clean room packaging and co-located manufacturing, the company remains committed to innovation, talent development, and strengthening the communities they call home.
