WeIGNITE, powered by EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, is a highly interactive, virtual WBENC executive education program, brought to you by Wells Fargo. EOS® is a set of simple, practical, real-world tools that help entrepreneurs and leadership teams improve the operational value of their businesses.

During this 5-week virtual program, Certified EOS Implementers® help WBEs achieve TRACTION in their businesses through learning to self-implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System described in the book Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business by Gino Wickman.

Who Should Apply:

• For WBEs who feel like their business has “hit the ceiling” in terms of growth and need to scale
• Interested in simple, practical, real-world tools that help entrepreneurs and leadership teams improve the operational value of their businesses
• Currently have 3 or more employees (and ideally nearing 10 or more)
• Currently in good standing as a WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprise
• Must be the owner of the company
• Demonstrate leadership maturity and are committed to further building organizational processes
