Michelle is a global strategist and transformation leader. In her current role, she drives strategic planning and initiatives for Delta Air Lines. Prior to Delta, Michelle gained 20+ years of experience at McKinsey & Company and Softbank Group, spanning both established institutions and fast-growth technology disruptors. Michelle has repeatedly delivered global expansion, new business development, transformation of core businesses, and turn-arounds. Michelle holds an MBA from Darden and a B.A. in Economics from the College of William and Mary. Born in Bogota, Colombia she has lived in seven countries on five continents.
