On March 22, 2022, from 2 – 3pm EST, WBENC and Citi are hosting another valuable panel discussion and information session, which will discuss bank financing and small business lending topics, allow WBEs to ask questions about access to capital and other related financial topics, and share information about the Bridge built by Citi pilot program.

The webinar panel will feature leaders in banking and lending for small business, including from Citi and other small business banking partners within the Bridge built by Citi program. Webinar participants also will receive an exclusive first-hand look at the Bridge built by Citi program, including how to access it, the scope, and its benefits.

Bridge built by Citi is a digital meeting place connecting small and medium-sized businesses looking for loans up to $10 million with regional, local and community banks. The current Bridge built by Citi geographic areas include Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Louisiana, Alabama, Colorado, Utah, Florida and Texas. However, all WBE or women-owned businesses interested in learning about access to capital and lending for small businesses may participate.

Exceptional ability in Business Development through various networking channels, and can collaborate and bring teams together for results.

Aileen also held the title Finance Specialist for Aerospace and Defense Contracting Companies along with thirty years experience assisting small–to-medium sized companies with capital growth, expansion, business acquisition and equipment financing. In addition, Aileen has expertise in real estate development, construction and permanent financing.

 

Tanya Dial-Bethune

Senior Vice President/ Senior Commercial Lender | M&F Bank

Tanya Dial-Bethune is a veteran banking professional whose background includes branch management, retail and commercial lending, as well asbusiness development. Ms. Dial-Bethune currently holds a position with M&F Bank as Senior Vice President/ Senior Commercial Lender for the Charlotte area.

In addition to her responsibility for developing and managing client relationships and developmental growth for the overall Charlotte area, Ms. Dial-Bethune also frequently conducts workshops on financial literacy for schools, community organizations and businesses. She is a lead for the Health and Wellness Ministry at Greater Mount Sinai Baptist Church. Dial-Bethune was honored by Who’s Who in Black Charlotte.

 

Kailynn Summers

Senior Credit Underwriter  | Cap Star Bank

Kailynn has been in banking for 12 years with experience in sales, credit, and portfolio management. Most of her banking career has been working with government guaranteed loans. She has worked for mid-size banks to smaller community banks. Kailynn is a process and results oriented person. Her passion is working with small business owners to help make their dreams a reality and empower them to grow. Kailynn’s father was a small business owner, so she has seen firsthand the risks and rewards of business ownership. Her goal is to partner with owners and support them along the way. Kailynn’s current role is Senior Credit Underwriter with CAPSTAR Bank, a regional Tennessee bank that offers small business lending nationwide.
