Roberta S. Sperry, Senior Vice President, Supplier Diversity & Responsible Sourcing leads the Supplier Diversity team within Bank of America’s Supplier Diversity and Responsible Sourcing organization. In this role, Roberta is responsible for the strategy and execution of the Bank’s Supplier Diversity Program, which exceeded $2B in total diverse spend in 2021.

Roberta joined Bank of America in 2006, and she has worked within procurement and vendor management functions since that time. Prior to joining Bank of America, Roberta worked as a litigation attorney, practicing in both Charlotte and Wilmington, North Carolina. Roberta is a graduate of Davidson College (B.A., 1996) and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (J.D.-1999). She is a North Carolina licensed attorney and active member of the North Carolina Bar, serving on the Board of the NC Lawyers Assistance Program Foundation. Roberta currently resides in Rock Hill, SC with her husband and three children.
