Byron Whitmore is the Principal of the Supplier Opportunity Fund at Macy’s, Inc., one of the nation’s premier omnichannel retailers comprised of the three retail brands, Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and Bluemercury. Prior to joining Macy’s, Inc., he was the Americas Strategy Partner at the LEGO Group leading commercial strategy for the Americas. Byron also has extensive corporate finance, capital markets and investor relations experience with roles at J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Walmart Inc. and NIKE, Inc. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Missouri. Byron and his wife have two children and live in New York.
