Stephanie serves as GM Strategy & Business Performance Americas Upstream based in Houston, TX. In this role she coordinates development of performance targets and competitive business plans for Chevron’s North, South, and Latin American Upstream Business Units. Since joining Chevron in 2007 in Lubricants Supply Chain, Stephanie has held various positions of increasing responsibility in Downstream, Upstream, and Corporate Procurement. Prior to joining Chevron, Stephanie worked in the tech industry and as a supply chain strategy consultant in Asia and Australia. Stephanie serves on the Board Member of Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Stephanie earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Cornell University and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Columbia University.
