Angela Baskerville

VP Corporate Systems and Talent Enablement

Angela Baskerville is Vice President – Technology Services – Corporate Systems and Talent Enablement. Angela has over 20 years of experience in the information technology/telecommunications industry. Her technology experience spans virtually the full spectrum of the information technology discipline including development, program management, client liaison management, production support, transformation and product development. She has managed teams comprising over 2,500 technologists and presided over multi-year initiatives and technology portfolio budgets. She currently leads a team of the best and brightest technologists in the industry in delivering innovative solutions for Corporate Systems business clients, including delivery of the Workday and Infor Transformation as well as the Core Financials Transformation programs. She is also responsible for developing the next generation of AT&T leaders through the Technology Development Program. Additionally, she is leading the Tech Talent Program which is designed to attract mid-career professionals who are pivoting into careers in technology services.
In addition to those responsibilities, Angela is an AT&T ambassador for the Atlanta community and the Believe Atlanta Program. She is a National Advisor for AT&T’s oldest employee resource group, The Network. This group enhances visibility, improves opportunities and encourages personal and professional growth for African American employees. She is an avid supporter of the STEM programs offered through NC A&T’s Engineering Department, and Spelman’s Sister2Sister Alumnae-Students Professional Mentoring Program. Angela is also a member of the board for Howard University’s Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS). She has received numerous awards and recognition from the Atlanta community and beyond, including the Atlanta Tribune – 50 Women of Excellence.
In her free time, Angela enjoys traveling, sports, and family time with her “Millennials”, her children Cameron, Christen and Courtney.
