Sponsor Registration Information

Thank you for sponsoring the WBENC National Conference! 

*New in 2022* Sponsors will manage their booth and registrations through the Map Your Show (MYS) Exhibitor Dashboard – a streamlined, one stop shop. This dashboard will be your go-to resource as we get ready for Atlanta.  

HOW WILL YOU ACCESS YOUR DASHBOARD? 

An email with a link to the dashboard, your exhibitor ID, and password will be sent to the primary sponsor contact.  Sponsors will begin receiving these emails on March 7, 2022.  

The email will come from service@mapyourshow.com.  Please whitelist this email address.

DASHBOARD: 

Through the Exhibitor Dashboard you will be able to: 

• Update your Exhibitor Directory information. Your exhibitor listing will be published by the end of March. Note: we recommend you update your listing immediately for best visibility  
• Register your individual onsite attendees. 
  • Sponsors can also purchase additional registrations thru their portal at the following reduced rates:
  • Full Conference Passes for $649
  • Day Passes for $299.
• Add additional contacts for your organization. 
• Review your to-dos and additional important information.  

BOOTH PLACEMENT: 

Sponsor booth placements will be sent during the month of March. You will receive a second email through MYS with your booth assignment and a link to the floorplan to view your placement.  

Again, the email will come from service@mapyourshow.com

This year the WBENC Arena is organized by industry groups. As a result your placement will be determined by your industry group. A member from the WBENC team will reach out in cases where a sponsor does not clearly fall into a specific industry group. 

EXHIBITOR SERVICES WITH HARGROVE:
Within 24 hours of receiving your booth placement you will receive an email from exhibitorservices@hargroveinc.com which will give you access to the Hargrove Exhibitor Services platform called Boomer. You will be able to go into Boomer to order any exhibitor services you will need on the expo floor such as carpet, electricity, and shipping options.
