In her current capacity, as North America Sales Capability Director for Procter & Gamble, Christy designs and delivers Industry Award winning Sales Colleges to train the North America selling organization. She is also actively involved in recruiting top talent and mentoring. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA. She has been married to James for 25 years and lives in Kentucky. She has two children and a dog.
