WBENC is pleased to invite you to attend “Closing The Sale, Presented by P&G,” a Women of Color session.

Whether we acknowledge it or not, EVERYBODY SELLS! Persuasion is selling. Influence is selling. Asking is selling. For anything we want in life and business, we directly or indirectly create a selling story to “close the sale.” Our success depends on how well we structure and tell the story. In this workshop, you will learn and practice a 5-step process for effectively selling your products, services and ideas.

The WBENC Women of Color Program is an outreach and development program designed to build and strengthen a dynamic ecosystem for women of color entrepreneurs. Christy Demetrakis is a seasoned business professional with 25+ years of experience in a variety of fields including sales and management across several Fortune 500 companies, including Ralston Purina Pet Food Company, Fort James Corporation, Coors Brewing Company, The Gillette Company, and Procter & Gamble.  In her selling career, Christy has called on key channels and retailers, including Walmart and most recently, the Kroger Company, managing over $100MM in sales for Procter & Gamble.
