We are excited to bring the 2024 WBENC National Conference to beautiful Denver, Colorado! The National Conference will take place at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center.

Please Note: The Gaylord Rockies is now SOLD OUT MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHTS due to early and unprecedented high demand. To be placed on the hotel waitlist please complete this Waitlist Form.

Friday night rooms are available at the the Gaylord Rockies. However the WBENC hotel rate at all hotels is not longer available. The cut off date to book ALL WBENC Conference hotels was February 12, 2024.

Shuttles will operate in a continuous loop across three designated routes to the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center.

WBENC Rate:

  • Single or Double Occupancy: $274.00 per night plus 9.25 sales tax, 6% occupancy tax, and $2.50 city tax per night
  • Upon making your reservation, you will be asked to submit a credit card to hold the room. All hotel reservations will include a first-night non-refundable deposit, equal to the room rate at the conference hotel of your choice. Upon check-in, this deposit will go towards your hotel stay.
  • Gaylord Rockies reservations are required to include, at a minimum, the evenings of Wednesday, March 20, and Thursday, March 21, 2024 (known as a “stay–through commitment).

AN IMPORTANT ALERT FROM WBENC ABOUT EXHIBITOR SERVICE “SCAMS” AND HOUSING “PIRATES” AND “POACHERS”

You may recall that in previous years WBENC made you aware of unauthorized parties contacting National Conference attendees, sponsors and exhibitors about securing hotel rooms for our event. We advised you to be on guard for these “pirates” or “poachers” (meeting industry terminology) who are relentless and might contact you with bogus discounts for hotel rooms or room blocks. Please stay on alert for these inquiries by unauthorized entities with regard to our 2024 conference in Denver, CO as well.

However, we also want to advise you that companies claiming to offer exhibitor services (such as inclusion in an exhibitor directory) have contacted some of our exhibitors from 2022 about the 2023 Conference requesting that they review, verify, and confirm pre-registered data for an Exhibitor Directory for Fairs and Exhibitions.

This request is not associated with WBENC, even though the communication references both WBENC and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council in Washington, D.C. Do not respond to any communication requesting you verify exhibitor registration or any personal/company information.

WBENC will not solicit information to make hotel reservations or request that you take any other action related to the upcoming 2024 National Conference in Denver unless the message comes directly from WBENC, Map Your Show, BlueWater Technologies, Maritz, or our exhibit services provider, Hargrove, Inc., or appears on the official conference website – www.wbenc.org/conference.

Resort Description:

The resort offers 1,501 total guest rooms and suites and has an on-site full-service spa and state-of-the-art fitness center.  The nightly resort fee of $23 is included in the room rate, and includes:  Daily $10 drycleaning credit, 2 bottles of purified water, complimentary use of Hotel Bicycles, complimentary daily class offerings at the fitness center, complimentary access to the property water amenities, complimentary high speed internet access in all guestrooms and complimentary parking.

Overflow Hotels

WBENC has identified a number of overflow hotels, as the Gaylord is likely to sell out and to accomodate those who cannot attend the Conference at least Wednesday, March 20, through Friday, March 22. WBENC will be providing a daily shuttle between the overflow hotels and the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Conference Center will operate during the conference business hours. The official shuttle schedule will be published in early 2024.

The overflow hotels listed below have been selected for their proximity, safety and cleanliness. They are not on par with the Gaylord Rockies but do not have the same Wednesday and Thursday night stay-through commitment as the Gaylord.

If you require only one or two nights, or cannot stay at the Gaylord for other reasons, these hotels are great options!

The Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center works with Aspen Medical (303-455-4225) and Mobility 4 America (303-394-9355) for wheelchair and electric scooter rentals.

If you require mobility assistance it is recommended that you reserve your wheelchair or electric scooter one month prior to the event. If you arrive after 7pm it is recommended that you arrange for Aspen Medical or Mobility 4 America Services to coordinate with the hotel front desk so that your scooter will be delivered and available for pickup upon arrival at the Hotel.

Wheelchairs and Electric Scooters
Aspen Medical (303-455-4225) and Mobility 4 America (303-394-9355) are two providers of wheelchairs and electric scooters. Guests are able to call either company to reserve wheelchairs and/or scooters. The companies will deliver them to the Gaylord.

The daily rate for wheelchairs is $20, and the daily rate for electric scooters is $50. Both wheelchairs and electric scooters can be delivered to guest rooms for a $10 charge.

If you require mobility assistance it is recommended that you reserve your wheelchair or electric scooter at least one month prior to the event.
