Q. Can I serve food or beverages at my booth?
Yes, but there is an additional charge and you must contact the building catering company to confirm. See Exhibitor Manual for details.
Q. I have people coming in on the day of the Business Fair only to help me set up my booth, how can I get a pass for them?
Individuals needed to set-up your booth on Wednesday, June 23rd must have "Exhibit Only" badge to be admitted to the Business Fair exhibit hall at The Baltimore Convention Center. These individuals will be admitted to the exhibit hall floor ONLY during non-show hours. They will not be allowed to attend any other activities taking place that day unless they are wearing a June 23rd Day Pass badge.
Q. As an exhibitor, do I receive a reserved table at meal functions?
No. Only Conference Co-Chairs, Featured Sponsors and Reception/Meal Function sponsors have the option to reserve tables.
Q. How do I add the names of the people who will be using the Full Conference Admissions?
Your company will be provided with a voucher code that corresponds to each of your available complementary registrations, which will be supplied after your booth has been purchased. Each individual should be assigned a voucher code then they will be able to access the online registration system and register themselves for the conference.
Q. We registered someone to use one of the Full Conference Admissions, but now they cannot attend the conference. How do I transfer his or her registration to someone else?

Q. Please explain the purpose of the pass code and the procedures for receiving it.
All WIB2010 exhibitors will receive a registration confirmation ID number. You also will receive a pass code to use to access the company's WIB2010 exhibitor web pages. On these web pages, you will be able to download your company's exhibitor kit. Please check your email for this important information.
Q. Policies and General Information.
After Tuesday, June 8, 2010, all registrations and payment will take place on-site. Registrations and payments will not be processed online or at WBENC's offices after Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Registrations on-site must be paid by company check or credit card. All transactions are final in accordance to WBENC's no refund policy.
