Mike Jones

Mike Jones is president of Discover Leadership Training, an enterprise created with the purpose of providing trailblazing, sustainable, and relevant training solutions to the business community.


A former commercial airplane pilot and a commercial-rated helicopter pilot, Jones also spent 12 years with the Houston Police Department with a commitment to make a positive impact on the community. He founded Soul Patrol, which was a nationally-recognized organization teaching millions of middle and high school students to accept personal responsibility for their lives and their education.     

Frances Cole Jones

Frances Cole Jones is the author of The Wow Factor: The 33 Things You Must (and Must Not) Do to Guarantee Your Edge in Today's Business World (Ballantine Books/Random House) and How to Wow: Proven Strategies for Selling Your (Brilliant) Self in any Situation. She also has an app for the iPhone and iPad called "Interview Wow".

Pamela Prince-Eason is president and CEO of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council Board of Directors. She is former chair of the WBENC board and most recently held the position of vice president of worldwide procurement for Pfizer Inc, headquartered in New York City. Prince-Eason brings to her new role at WBENC a distinctive suite of knowledge and experience from the procurement, women’s business leadership and nonprofit realms.

Mark J. Servodidio

Avis Budget Group Inc.

 

As chief administrative officer for Avis Budget Group, the parent company of Avis Rent A Car, Budget Rent A Car and Budget Truck Rental, Mr. Servodidio has responsibility for more than 22,000 employees. He oversees Avis Budget Group's worldwide human resources activities, including organization development, labor and employee relations, staffing strategy, compensation, benefits, HRMS, diversity, safety and employee loyalty initiatives. He also has responsibility for properties, facilities, construction, airport concession agreements, environmental affairs and supplier diversity.

Neil R. Austrian
Chairman and CEO

Austrian has served as an Office Depot director since 1998 when the company merged with Viking Office Products. He had been a director of Viking since 1988. Austrian was president and CEO of the National Football League from April 1991 until December 1999. He was managing director of Dillon Read & Company, Inc. from October 1987 until March 1991. Before Dillon Read, Austrian was chairman & CEO of Showtime/The Movie Channel, a joint venture between Warner Communications and Viacom, and he also served as chief executive of the advertising firm Doyle, Dane, Bernbach. He is currently a director of DirecTV and is on the advisory board of MidOcean Partners.

Pamela Chambers O'Rourke

A native Houstonian, O’Rourke received her management information systems degree at the University of Houston as a single mother, working a full-time information technology job. She founded ICON Information Consultants, LP in 1998 to fulfill her vision of what a consulting company should be. ICON has over 1,500 employees in 48 states and revenues in excess of $165 million (2011) with forecasted revenues for 2012 of $185 million plus.
