Welcome prospective exhititors!

Rules of eligibility to exhibit: You must be a WBENC National Corporate Member or WBENC Regional Partner Organization (RPO) Corporate Member to participate as a Corporate Exhibitor. For government agencies, you must be a federal, state or city government entity with a .gov URL to purchase the Metal Exhibitor booth package. For nonprofit organizations, you must have a .org URL with a 501 c 3 tax-exempt status to purchase a Metal Exhibitor booth package. Also note that WBENC has the right to decline an exhibitor request.

Gold Exhibitor Packages

Premium Package - $6,750

 

Includes:

  • Gold Premium Exhibitor booth location on the Business Fair floor
  • 10' x 10' booth
  • One six-foot draped table; two chairs; one waste basket
  • Booth carpeting (10’ x 10’)
  • Company identification sign printed black and white (7" x 44")
  • Three full-conference admissions
    • Badge admission includes: exhibitor move-in and move-out; all meal functions; receptions; general sessions; workshops; Business Fair; Thursday Tribute! Discounted rate for additional full-conference admission and day pass
Sponsors may purchase additional full-conference admissions for $600 and additional day passes for $250.

These admissions include all activities included in the conference schedule for the specific admission category.

 

EXHIBITORS ONLY

Discounted rate for additional exhibitor day passes for June 20 only
Exhibitors may purchase up to three additional day passes for Wednesday, June 20 –the day of the Business Fair – at a discounted rate of $250 per pass. This includes all of the day’s activities.

 

*All transactions are final in accordance to WBENC’s No Refund Policy for sponsors and exhibitors.

Booth position on the exhibit floor is determined by a point system.

 

WBENC Point System for Sponsors and Exhibitors
To ensure that your company receives the highest value and return on investment (ROI) from your sponsorship and exhibitor dollars, WBENC has adopted a point system program for booth location. The program offers sponsors and exhibitors a hands-on role in the selection of their booth location. It also determines ad placement in the Program Guide. This system was developed to increase sponsor and exhibitor ROI through recognition of your company’s past dedication to the WBENC mission, while encouraging new exhibitors and sponsors to confirm their commitment to the WBENC National Conference & Business Fair as early as possible.
