Search the Show

Using the Interactive Floor Plan, you’re able to search through the list of 2012 exhibitors to see who’s exhibiting at the show and what products they offer. Instead of wandering up and down the aisles to trying to find these exhibitors, you can use the floor plan application to locate their booth in the exhibit hall.

From the opening screen of the floor plan application, you’re prompted with several options - Search Exhibitors, Featured Exhibitors, Search Products, Session Catalog, My Show Planner or Business Fair Floor

My Show Planner

Creating a My Show Agenda Planner is the best way to get organized for the show. Start researching which exhibitors you need to see, and save yourself and your feet many steps in the process.

Setting up your My Show Agenda Planner is quick and easy. Select the ‘My Show Planner’ icon and create your free account - here you can store exhibitors of interest as well as create a personalized schedule of show events.

Once your agenda is created, print out a map of the show floor highlighting all of your saved exhibitors.

Explore Educational Sessions

Before signing up for educational sessions, research each event to figure out which ones would be most beneficial for you and your company. Search through each title, track and/or speaker to determine which conferences you can’t afford to miss.

Just like exhibitors who spark your interest, you can store sessions to your event calendar. Your calendar can be accessed at any time and you can also export the calendar items to Outlook.
