Nancy A. Williams is a force of nature.  Her strong vision, strategic leadership and passion for women's business success has driven the growth of both ASAP Staffing LLC, the global staffing company where she is Co-Principal, and of the Women's Busines Enterprise National Council, where as National Chair of the Women's Enterprise Leadership Forum, Board Member and Officer, she has helped define the direction of the organization.

At ASAP, which she runs with Co-Principal Roz Alford, Nancy ensures that the company is a value-added partner and advisor to their clients.  She keeps a keen eye on the processes and procedures that meet their goals.  And, she has helped to grow the company to $59 million in 2009 and $85 million projected for 2010, and with offices in five U.S. cities, Canada, India, and consultant teams within 42 states.

Nancy has brought her personal commitment to WBENC's development since she was first appointed to the National Forum in October 2003.  then, on the Business Development Committee, she secured several key members from her client base, notably Accenture LLP.

Nancy was awarded Ambassador of the Year in June of 2006.  In 2008, she was appointed Chair of the Women's Enterprise Leadership Forum, where one of her most significant accomplishments was aligning the Govern Group Forum and Forum-At-Large towards the WBENC Strategic Plan by collaborating with local and national Regional Partner Organization appointees.

At the 2010 Salute to WBEs, Nancy created an innovative Live Auction of executive lunches that raised $100,000 for WBENC in a deft 20 minutes.

Nancy is a founding member of Women Impacting Public Policy (WPP); and a member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Women's Business Council-Southwest (WBE-SW) , Technology Association of Georgie (TAG), and TRI Diversity.

In addition to WBENC's, she is a Board Member and Officer at the Greater Women's Business Council (GWBC).
